Joel Acheampong who became a quadriplegic at age 7 through an accident, married with four kids and runs an NGO that supports other talented handicapped artists, has been receiving different accolades and praises from millions of social media users who are commending him for working hard to achieve greatness against all odds, in a world where most people with disabilities are usually found on the streets begging.
