A Nigerian man and suspected notorious phone thief who alleged lures his victims mostly ladies through Facebook to steal their mobile phones has been reportedly apprehended in Delta state.
It was learnt that before the suspect was captured, his modus operandi was to lure girls to his house after asking them out on Facebook. Then after finally meeting them, the suspect from Benin, Edo state, usually pretend to be checking out the girl's phone before vanishing into thin air.
According to report, this has been his usual style before he was eventually busted and when a search was conducted on his apartment after his arrest, over 28 mobile phones were recovered from his possession. He has since been handed over to the police for further investigation and prosecution.
