Bill Cosby's Accuser Wants Him Raped In Prison

Bill Cosby ought to get some "eye-for-an-eye" justice when he goes to prison. He should get raped, so says one of his accusers. Lol.

Former Playboy model Victoria Valentino didn't mince words when she was asked what she thinks the disgraced comedian should get when he gets sentenced. Victoria straight-up says Cosby should get the same special treatment he gave her.

Meaning, Cosby should get violated in prison. She goes on to call Cosby the most prolific serial rapist of the 20th century.

Recall Cosby was found guilty on all 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault in Andrea Constand's sexual assault case against him. Cosby faces a max of 10 years in prison for each charge.

Nigeria World Cup participation not under threat

Nigeria Football Federation 1st Vice President/Chairman, Legal Committee, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi, has assured Nigerians that the ongoing court case between NFF President Amaju Pinnick and owner of Giwa FC, Chris Giwa won't make the world governing body FIFA to ban Nigeria from participating at the 2018 World Cup.

This comes after last week Friday verdict from the Supreme Court that sent both Giwa and Pinnick to the lower court for retrial.

The statement from the NFF reads: “NFF 1st Vice President/Chairman, Legal Committee, Barrister Seyi Akinwunmi, said the NFF Board appreciated the reasoning of the apex court in refusing the prayers of the appellants, which if granted would have accorded them some kind of legitimacy, against the backdrop of an ongoing administration of Nigerian Football which is at the cusp of taking Nigeria to the world’s greatest football event, the World Cup.

“He disclosed that the NFF’s lawyers are confidently prepared to argue the case afresh and look forward to finally putting the matter to rest and to prove to the world that Nigerian football can continue to be run in its orderly manner.

“He referred to the case as a mere distraction for Nigerian football which ought not to have been instituted in the first place given the convention for resolution of football disputes.

The 1st Vice President said: “We are law-abiding citizens of this great country, and we have no qualms about starting the case afresh. The Supreme Court did the right thing in the circumstances, and while we must be careful not to discuss matters which are subjudice, we must note that the appellants have within the norms in sporting disputes, actually exhausted all legitimate channels in this matter, including arguing their position, and failing, at the Court of Arbitration for Sport."

My Wife Is Lazy, Unproductive, Man Tells Court

An Ikorodu Customary Court in Lagos, on Monday, reconciled a couple, Peter Obaze and his wife, Chiamaka, whose 11-year marriage was on the verge of collapse.

Obaze, 47, a marine engineer, had instituted a divorce suit in March, claiming that his wife was not supportive, unproductive and lazy.

“My wife is too lazy, she became lazy after our first child, I have wanted her to start a business; even her brother gave her money to earn a living but she could not.

“She always provokes me and she does not take good care of me. “I am not interested in the marriage anymore; please separate us,” the petitioner, who resides at Oriokuta Street, Ogijo in Ikorodu, told the court.

Chiamaka, 40, a mother of three and a trader, had earlier pleaded with the court for reconciliation and pledged to mend her ways.

However, following the intervention of the court, presided over by Mrs. Funmi Adeola and the couple’s families, they were reconciled.

The husband also wrote a withdrawal of case letter to the court and told them that they would work to resolve their differences and reconcile themselves.

Adeola ordered that Chimaka should sign an undertaking that she would be a good housewife, promise to be productive, supportive and respectful.

“The undertaking would also indicate that you will now be supportive and also help your husband build a bright future for your children,” she said.

Man Batters, Locks Wife Out For Cooking, Escorting Pastor At Night

A 35-year-old businessman took to the dock last week for clobbering his wife over claims that she welcomed a preacher into their house, cooked for him then escorted him out in the night.

Aggrey Otuola Obaje is said to have assaulted and injured his love Teresa Atieno on March 30 within Shauri Moyo area of Nairobi after the wife could not explain what relation she had with the pastor.

The prosecution said that in preparation for the Sabbath Atieno had welcomed the preacher for prayers while the husband was away then served him tea and buttered bread like she did with any other visitor.

But at around 9pm, the man of the house arrived and found the wife and preacher having the meal discussing Christian niceties.

“Obaje asked who the visitor was and what he was doing during those ungodly hours, the pastor replied that he had brought the good news of salvation and would not mind to also pray for the head of the family,” read part of the charge particulars.

The court heard that Atieno read mischief in his husband’s conduct and excused herself to see off the preacher. She tagged along their young daughter just to show that she had nothing fishy in seeing off the man of the cloth.

“The accused Obaje asked the wife where she was going and what she doing with the strange pastor outside the house. She responded that she was escorting the preacher to a nearby church but this did not go down with the husband who mocked her of cooking for the preacher and not for his real husband,” read the charge particulars.

Atieno returned to the house but Obaje locked the door from inside, prompting her to continuously knock as she begged him to open the door for the sake of their daughter.

The prosecution heard that Obaje emerged from the house, grabbed his wife and slapped her on the face.

Minutes later, neighbour milled around the house and managed to rescue Atieno who was screaming uncontrollably before prevailing on Obaje to allow his wife and young daughter in.

Atieno would later report his husband to the police where he was taken to court and denied the charge and was released on a Sh10,000 cash bail. His case will proceed for hearing on the July 31.

Heavy Rains, Landslides Kill At Least 100 In Kenya

Hiribae Mame stood waist-deep in water outside her wrecked house in eastern Kenya, one of around 200,000 people forced to flee by weeks of floods, landslides and heavy rains.

Kenya’s Red Cross estimates at least 100 have also died in the downpours since early April, a humanitarian disaster that it says needs emergency funding.

“I have lost 12 chicken and four goats. We were not able to save all of them and I can’t access the house because the door can’t open,” said the mother-of-four in the town of Tana River in lower Coast region.

Her youngest daughter clung to her neck, the girl’s feet just touching the water. Mattresses and wreckage floated by as handmade boats ferried people, animals and goods to safer ground.

Floods have blocked major roads across central and northern Kenya and coastal areas - the route from the capital Nairobi to the main port Mombasa was under water last week.

Eight people were killed when mudslides destroyed their homes as they slept in the hilly central region of Murang’a on Friday night, said Kenya Red Cross Secretary General Abbas Gullet.

Gullet said the military and police had deployed helicopters for rescue missions but more efforts were needed.

Outbreaks of water-borne diseases were another concern across Kenya, he added.

“We would urge the national government to declare this a national disaster so that deliberate effort can be made and resources mobilized to help the affected people,” Gullet told reporters in the capital on Sunday.

“We need a national disaster management fund set up.”

Man Loses Car To Robbers, Finds Policeman Using It After Two Years

A thirty-two-year-old Ghanaian banker whose car was hijacked by armed robbers and was almost killed found a police officer using the car two years after.

Samuel Forson was attacked by four armed men who took his car, a laptop computer and other personal belongings in December 2015.

For two years, nothing was heard about the criminals or his car until he personally saw the vehicle in Tema, a province in Ghana on a Friday afternoon.

According to JoyNews, Samuel said the incident happened on December 4, 2015. He said while driving his car along the Titanic Beach, located between Tema and Sakumono area at 8 pm, he had to stop because his engine had developed a problem.

But as he waited for the problem to get solved, four armed men dressed like police officers pounced on him and ordered him out of the vehicle.

He recounted, “They looked into the car and then I was asked to come down and open the boot. As soon as I got down from the car, they hit me, I fell and they started pushing me…suddenly I heard one of them saying don’t kill him, don’t kill him. Then after they pushed me into the sea. How I came out is only a miracle.”

Samuel was rushed to Inkoom Hospital when he got out of the cold waters and was later referred to the 37 Military Hospital.

He spent two weeks in the hospital and another three months at home before he resumed work.

His attackers were not arrested and his car and other belongings were not found until January this year.

“I saw the car being driven by two gentlemen. I jumped into a taxi and I told the taxi driver to follow the car because it was a stolen car. So we followed them to Community 8. There was a drinking bar and they went to park there,” Samuel said.

He then went to a police visibility point close by and reported the matter.

“So the Commander dispatched a team to follow me to effect the arrest. When we got there the occupants of the car told me they were police officers,” he said.

With the help of Detective Chief Inspector Nana Boahen of the Sakumono police, Samuel Forson was able to retrieve his car from the police.

According to him, one Sergeant Philip Amoako of Tema Community 8 Police, who was found driving the car started harassing him to refund the money he had spent to repair and maintain the car.

He eventually petitioned the Police Intelligence and Professional Standards Department in February this year over the matter.

Kylie Jenner Rents Out 6 Flags For Beau's Birthday

Being a Kardashian means having the world at your fingertips. So for beau Travis Scott's birthday, Kylie Jenner rented out the entirety of Six Flags Magic Mountain theme park in Valencia, California on Saturday.

It appears that the make-up mogul, 20, and her baby-daddy, 26 on Monday, brought along their family and closest friends for a night of rollercoasters and fun with absolutely zero lines.

They brought along a custom cake that depicted the Antidote rapper, baby Stormi and Kylie riding a roller-coaster together, even though the nearly three-month-old was far, far, too young for her first coaster in real life.

'Rented out six flags for baby's birthday' wrote the star over video of the park's death-defying Tatsu coaster, 'They've never been.'

The clip shows the as a group of people scream expletives as the ride rockets off.

She also shared video of the Superman coaster, which reaches speeds of 100mph.

Sister Kim shared a smiling shot of hubby Kanye taken at the park as well.

Everyone at the VIP celebration wore custom shirts for the Butterfly Effect rapper that had his birthday April 30 1992 and Texas, his home-state, inscribed on it.

104 Year -Old Australia Scientist Heads To Switzerland For Assisted Death

Australia's oldest scientist, who caused a stir when his university tried to vacate his office aged 102, will fly to Switzerland in early May to end his life, reigniting a national euthanasia debate.

David Goodall, who is now 104, does not have a terminal illness but his quality of life has deteriorated and he has secured a fast-track appointment with an assisted dying agency in Basel, euthanasia advocates said.

"I greatly regret having reached that age," the ecologist told broadcaster ABC on his birthday earlier this month. "I'm not happy. I want to die. It's not sad particularly. What is sad is if one is prevented.

"My feeling is that an old person like myself should have full citizenship rights including the right of assisted suicide," he added.

7-month Old Baby Stolen From Her Parents; Sold 3 Times, Found 114 Days After

Many call her a miracle baby. If not true, what else can be used to describe seven-month-old Chinwendu Ekiri, who was abducted from her parents’ home in Rivers State by a neighhour and found after 114 days later.

How did it happen?

Chinwendu’s parents, Emeka and Rejoice Ekiri, alleged that their daughter was abducted by Innocent Ndubuisi, their neighbour. According to them, after abducting the girl, Ndubuisi vanished into thin air, plunging mother and father into unimaginable agony.

Ndubuisi, a father of three, was alleged to have stolen Chinwendu on December 28, 2017, just weeks after moving into the compound. Emeka said that he and his wife were short of words on how to express their feelings on the rescue of Chinwendu.

Emeka said that only God knew what Chinwendu had gone through in the hands of those, who abducted and repeatedly sold her four months ago. Emeka said: “My daughter was sold and resold for different prices ranging from, N450,000, N600,000 and N850,000.

According to New Telegraph, the case of my missing daughter was reported to the Department of State Service (DSS) after several efforts of the Nigeria Police to find her, failed.” Emeka further said: “According to the DSS operatives, Ndubuisi, who stole her, contacted one Shadrach.

"This Shadrach got in touch with a woman in Onuimo, Imo State. She paid Ndubuisi N450,000. While sealing the deal with Shadrach and the woman, Ndubuisi equally threw in his handset. It was through that handset that DSS operatives were able to arrest Shadrach. Shadrach took the operatives to the woman, who then took them to Aba, where she had already sold Chinwendu to another woman called Esther for N600,000.”

Emeka said that when Esther was arrested at Elele, in Port Harcourt, she too had also sold Chinwendu to another woman in Ogoja, Cross Rivers State for N850,000. Emeka enthused: “The most important thing is that my daughter is back and unharmed.

"I’m grateful to God and the DSS operatives, who worked hard in finding and rescuing my daughter. We first reported the matter to the police, but they were busy extorting us, without putting efforts in finding Chinwendu. It was operatives of DSS that directed us to the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP). The operatives told us that it was an issue of human trafficking. Ndubuisi is still on the run. I know that God will bring him to justice”

Those Who Wait For Me After Leaving Office Will Wait In Vain – Fayose

Fayose said that ‘they would do so in vain’, when he was hosted at a political programme, Sunday Politics, on Channels Television on Sunday.

“Those waiting for me (after leaving office) would wait in vain.

“I am Peter, the rock. I am telling you again, those waiting for me will wait in vain,” he said

The Punch reports that the prosecutor, Rotimi Oyedepo, said the offence carries a prison term of two years, but the defence counsel, Mr. Wale Akoni (SAN), said sentence is at the judge’s discretion, and pleaded with Justice Adebiyi to temper justice with mercy.

Court Orders Interim Forfeiture Of Patience Jonathan’s Abuja Houses

The Federal High Court in Abuja on Monday ordered an interim forfeiture of two properties linked to the wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan, Mrs. Patience Jonathan.

The properties are at Plot No. 1960, Cadastral Zone A05, Maitama District; and Plot No. 1350, Cadastral Zone A00, both in Abuja.

The properties were said to be held in the name of Ariwabai Aruera Reachout Foundation, which Mrs. Jonathan was said to be one of its “trustees.”

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had, in an ex parte application filed in September last year, asked for an interim forfeiture of the properties, which it claimed were subjects of an ongoing criminal investigation.

Ruling on the commission’s ex parte application on Monday, Justice Nnamdi Dimgba dismissed Mrs. Jonathan’s objection to the application for lacking in merit.

The court then ordered the interim forfeiture, which he, however, ruled must only last for 45 days.

He ruled that within the 45 days, EFCC must conclude its investigations and charge the suspects being investigated in respect of the alleged crimes linked to properties.

He however added that the EFCC was at liberty to file an application for the extension of the life span of the order before the expiration of the initial 45 days.

He also ordered that if for any reason EFCC’s officials needed to access the properties within the period of interim forfeiture, they must do so with the respondents in attendance.

He ordered that the inventory of the fixtures in the properties and a report to that effect  be submitted to the court.

Jubilation As Notorious Kidnapper, Papa G Is Finally Arrested At Student's Hostel

Operatives of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Imo State Police Command have apprehended a suspected notorious kidnapper and armed robber, Godwin Onyebuchi, also known as Papa G, in his hideout in a polytechnic hostel in Owerri, the state capital.

The alleged serial killer's arrest reportedly made residents of Owerri to jubilate, including police officers who gathered to have a glimpse of him, as the suspect, who had escaped arrests, had been on the wanted list of the police for a long time.

A police source disclosed that Onyebuchi was nabbed on Saturday at Solo Lodge hostel located around Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, which had served as his hiding place after deadly operations.

The source said; “In order to beat police investigation, he uses that hostel as a hiding place after deadly operations. He pretends to be a student. He knew police were tracking him.

“So, he does not have a phone. He borrows phones to make calls if there were needs for telephone conversation.”

It was gathered by Southern City News that the suspect was responsible for the kidnapping of a popular gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike, and one Rev. Columba Okereke in August 2017.

“In August, 2017, a gang of armed robbers and kidnappers led by Godwin Onyebuchi, who operates between Imo and Abia states, abducted a popular gospel singer, Chinedu Nwadike, and Rev. Columba Okereke.

“The gang collected the Lexus 350 model car of one of their victims while a ransom of N5m was paid. The hoodlums equally collected other valuables from the victims.

“Acting on intelligence, the operatives of Federal Special Anti Robbery Squad of the Imo State Police Command, led by their commander, SP Victor Godfrey, swooped on him at his hideout, Solo Lodge hostel, Nekede, on Saturday and arrested him. On sighting the F-SARS operatives, he jumped down from the three-storey building and broke one of his legs,” the source further disclosed.

It was gathered further that the suspect was rushed to police clinic, Amakaohia, Owerri, where he was receiving medical attention. The two kidnap victims and the suspect’s gang members in the police detention had identified him as the ring leader.

Confirming the arrest, the State Commissioner of Police, Chris Ezike, said a robust onslaught against criminals and their hideout was ongoing in the state.

“The suspect has been on the wanted list of the command. Acting on intelligence, we have to arrest him. He will be ready to answer for all his atrocities. As a command, we will continue to ensure that Imo people enjoy their sleeps,” the state CP said.

Anyone Who Dies Must Have Done Something Wrong – Guru Mahraji

Self-acclaimed god and traditionalist, Guru Maharaji, has  reacted to news that he was dead last week, while in a radio program , at Freshfm105.9 in Ibadan,  stated that those who die must have done wrong.

He said;  “I am at the Maharaji village in Ibadan, the highest spiritual center of the universe. I am alive and well. I am a perfect master. I got excited when I heard the news because physically, I am beyond death.

I am not involved in what human beings are doing. I am a traditionalist and king of culture. It is your behavior and attitude that determine your death and success in life. If you are a good man, death does not exist.

Anyone who dies must have done something wrong. People die out of ignorance and disobedience. When a human being wakes up in the morning, he should be grateful to his creator.”

World's Oldest Spider Dies In Australia At Age 43

The world’s oldest known spider has died after a record-breaking lifespan of 43 years, according to researchers in Australia.

The spider, known as Number 16 to Australian scientists, was a female trapdoor tarantula living in Western Australia’s Central Wheatbelt region, Agence France-Press reports. The spider didn’t die of old age, however, but was killed by a wasp sting, researchers said Monday.

The long-lived arachnid far outlasted the previous record holder, a 28-year-old tarantula in Mexico, according to a study published in January in the journal Pacific Conservation Biology. Number 16 was discovered during a spider population study in 1974, and has been monitored by researchers since then.

“To our knowledge this is the oldest spider ever recorded, and her significant life has allowed us to further investigate the trapdoor spider’s behavior and population dynamics,” said Curtin University’s Leanda Mason, the lead author in study.

Kenya Bans Night Prayers To Curb Teenage Pregnancies

Kenyan authorities in Narok County, a town west of Nairobi, claim that night prayers organised by Churches are to blame for the rising statistics of early pregnancies among school going teenagers in the area.

Citizen TV reported on Sunday that Narok County Commissioner George Natembeya issued a ban on night prayers after linking them to early motherhood.

He told the broadcaster that in March 2018, 17 girls from Suswa Girls Secondary School in Narok County were found to be pregnant.

This is the second country in Kenya to announce such a ban. In 2014, Police in Malindi, a town on Malindi Bay, in southeastern Kenya banned night prayers purporting they had become avenues for extortion, according to Daily Nation.

The same town, in 2004 suspended street preachers, unless sanctioned by police.

James Ndiga said, ” I started attending night prayers in my teens and have never heard people getting babies in the morning, the only place Kenyans feel more secure is in the church.”Samuel Nganga, a resident of Nairobi said: “This is ridiculous, I don’t understand how prayers at night can be related to immorality, I think the county commissioner has done no research. Do not provoke God in Narok, it might just bounce back on you. Don’t try. Narok Pastors kindly plan a ‘kesha’ (popular word used to refer to night prayers) at the Narok stadium and invite the county commissioner.”

“This is one of the many ways of fighting Christ, but GOD is able in fighting his wars, have an eye on this, the one who banned kesha prayers will not be the one to uplift the ban,” Nicholas Muendo, a resident of Machakos remarked.

Beyonce To Bring Destiny's Child On Tour Dates With Jay-Z

Beyonce will bring her Destiny's Child bandmates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland to a spate of dates on her upcoming On The Run Tour II, with husband Jay-Z.

The decision came after Williams and Rowland, both 37, joined the 36-year-old songstress onstage in her well-received sets earlier this month at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California.

The Houston native 'worked tirelessly on her Coachella headline performance, but the crowning moment was her medley with Kelly and Michelle,' an insider told The Sun on Sunday. 'They really enjoyed working together again after so long and now Bey is keen for them to be part of On The Run II.'

The Grammy-winning artist is slated to hit the road with husband Jay-Z starting June 6 in Cardiff, Wales on the tour, which arrives in the United States June 25 in Cleveland, Ohio.
