Nollywood Actor, rapper and singer, Charles Okocha famously known as Igwe 2pac and his hypeman were allegedly harassed by men the special Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) in a video circulating online.
In the video, the actor and his hypeman were spotted in an heated argument with the SARS officers who were trying to intimidate and threaten them while they recorded the incident.
