An 8 years old girl has been reportedly raped by an unknown person in Ibadan, Oyo State.
According to report, the underage girl's mother discovered that her daughter had been raped after noticing her strange mood and behavior, she decided to take her to the hospital for medical check up and it was confirmed to her that she has been defiled.
The news that has now left the mother and her family in sorrow because the little girl has not being able to identify the person that is responsible for the evil act. And even when her mother was asked whether the family suspects anyone, she said they don't but they have lodged a formal complaint at a police station in Isale-Ijebu area and the police officers have opened an investigation to apprehend the culprit, while her daughter is currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.
