Twitter User Reveals White Man With HIV Vows To Spread It To Ladies In Lagos

A Nigerian lady and Twitter user has taken to the popular free social networking microblogging platform to reveal that an oyinbo man who was recently infected with HIV by another lady, has promised to spread it to other ladies in Lagos.

"Lagos Females o. I am in the hospital right now...Somebody gave one Oyibo man HIV... He said he Will give you people back this night. Thanks." The Twitter user @zterem wrote.
