Some of the governors are ready to take drastic actions.
A high-ranking member of the party privy to the proposed meeting, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorised to speak to the media on the issue, told The Punch in Abuja that the meeting was “most likely to happen” after the meeting on the minimum wage.
He said, “Unless something drastic happens, they will hold the meeting to iron out issues relating to their grievances over the last primary.
“The President is scheduled to meet with some of the aggrieved persons tomorrow and they are preparing to meet to present a common front.”
