42-year-old singer and songwriter, Pharrell has listed his Miami mansion for sale at $10.9 million after buying it for $12.5 million in 2007.The two-story property has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and a three-story living room featuring an elegant staircase as well as Pharrell's interview by Michael Jackson adorning the walls. There’s also a rooftop terrace with pool, an outdoor barbecue area as well as a home theater complete with red leather seats.
